Short Production Cycle = Fast Delivery

We independently control the entire production flow. The result is local delivery of samples within 1-5 days and volume shipments within 2 weeks. (Overseas delivery depends on shipping time.)

  • Over 200 fully automated CNC spring coiling/bending machines for material diameter from 0.08mm (0.003”) up to 8.0mm (0.315”)
  • All processes streamlined: forming, heat treatment, grinding, and shot peening.
  • We provide precision instruments to measure spring force, surface hardness, and resistance to salt and acidity in order to ensure each and every spring is of the highest quality.
  • The company carries a full inventory of wires of all sizes and materials to fit every unique requirement, or rush order.

At HJ Spring, quality is paramount. With dedicated quality engineers at each factory, we strive to continuously improve both product and process quality.

HJ Spring has been a pioneer in installing the most up-to-date precision inspection and testing equipment. We have projection microscopes for exact measurements, spring load testers to determine force, and environmental test equipment – including salt spray tester and endurance testers – to simulate real-world use.

HJ Spring has been ISO 9001 certified for over a decade. We are also certified ISO 14001 (environmental) and ISO/TS 16949 (automotive). To comply with the European Union's WEEE and RoHS Directives, we promise not to use chemical substances that are harmful to the environment. All products shipped are attached with a certification from SGS or other testing agency to ensure product safety.
